Directions
There are only two ways to
get to Hatteras Village. This is part of the charm and
isolation of the area.
North: From the north you
follow Rte. 12 south over the Oregon Inlet bridge to Hatteras
Island and then south approximately 50 miles to the village.
South: You must take the
ferry from Ocracoke Island to Hatteras Island. You can only get
to Ocracoke Island by the ferry from Swan Quarter, NC or Cedar
Island, NC.
